ElectriNet Dynamics undertake the inspection of your electrical installation for the issuance of the Responsible Ceclaration of Installer (ΥΔΕ). According to the law, as of November 1, 2011, all electrical installations must be inspected at specific intervals (depending on the installation category) by a licenced electrical installer to ensure their proper functioning.

ΥΔΕ is a document that must be issued for each property, confirming that all electrical installations meet the necessary standards. It is prepared after an inspection of the installation, ensuring compliance with all technical specifications for safe operation. The inspection is carried out using certified instruments by a licenced electrician. If any faults, o,issions or poor workmanship are detected, they must first be corrected before a re-inspection. The certificate is not issued without a prior inspection and compliance with the necessary standards. Additionally, it is required to install a differential current switch in cases where one is not present.

ΥΔΕ is required for re-inspections, reconnections, expansions or modifications of installations. According to the law, inspections must be carried out every 14 years for residential properties and every 7 years for commercial spaces.

Furthermore, we handle the correction of any faults or omissions and the replacement of any components required for the safe operation of the electrical installation.

ΥΔΕ is required in each of the following cases:

• New installation or application for permanent connection to the network (new building)

• Modification of the electrical installation or supply (name change, meter relocation, right tariff, supply upgrade)

• Renovation of a building

• Application for temporary construction supply and its annual renewal

• When conducting a periodic inspection of the electrical installation

What does the ΥΔΕ certificate include?

• Responsible declaration from a licenced electrical installer (ΥΔΕ).

• Electrical installation handover report.

• Electrical installation inspection protocol according to ΕΛΟΤ HD 384.

• Electrical layout plans of the area.

• Single-line diagram of the installation panel.
